Our Managing Team
Lew is a founding partner of WK Real Estate. Since the early 1970's, Lew has been actively involved with the Boulder Area Realtor® Association serving as President, Chair of the Grievance Committee, member of the Board of Directors, and various volunteer positions. His other professional association responsibilities have included leadership positions with Information real Estate Services (IRES), the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for northern Colorado and as Director of the Colorado Realtor Association.
Lew is a recipient of three of the most trusted and recognized professional designations as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB), and NAR's Green Designation (GREEN). These designations are awarded to less than 5% of the Realtor® population.
Lew's community involvement includes serving as a Director and Chair of the Boulder Urban Renewal Authority, Trustee for the Boulder Community Hospital, bank board member, and several volunteer leadership positions within the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, including Chairman.
Dan is the third generation to call Boulder home. All of his education is from Boulder schools starting at Eisenhower Elementary and graduating from Boulder High School and the University of Colorado.
Dan entered the real estate business in 1994 and has been very involved with the Boulder Area Realtor Association and the Colorado Association of Realtors as well as being a top producing Realtor. Dan was active in the leadership of BARA (2000-2010); serving as Chairman of numerous committees and as President in 2004 and recognized as Realtor of the Year in 2005. Dan served two terms as Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors (2004-2011) and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Colorado Association of Realtors.
Dan lives in Boulder with his daughters Riley and Remi. Dan is a big CU Buffs fan and enjoys sports of all types. He also enjoys spending time with family, friends, fly fishing and participating in various basketball and softball leagues.
As Executive Vice President of WK Real Estate, Mary oversees strategic planning and works closely with the department directors to fulfill organizational needs. Mary's extensive background in education and agent development contributes to the success of our agents and ensures consistent growth in productivity and market share for WK.
Mary entered the real estate business in 1986, following a successful high school teaching and coaching career in Denver, CO, Michigan and Texas. She has been involved on both the local and state levels in the formation and implementation of industry policy and improvement for many years. Most recently, this volunteer service has been focused on risk reduction, promulgated forms improvement and legal issues.
Mary holds several professional designations, including the Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Certified Buyers’ Broker (CBR). She is a past real estate instructor for continuing education, as well as the NAR Course, “At Home with Diversity”, and has a passion for real estate education and coaching. She oversees the in-house Coaching and Professional Development Program for WK Real Estate, developing a meaningful curriculum that enriches the talents of new and seasoned agents alike.
